Prescriptions
How do I order my Repeat Prescription?
Patients on long-term medication can order repeat prescriptions in a number of ways:
- Online – Using our prescription requests triage.
- Using our online services – Patient Access, If you are not registered for our online services, you can use our Register for Online Services form.
- In person – drop your repeat slip off at reception (the right hand side of your previous prescription) having clearly marked the items required.
- By post – send it to us with a stamped addressed envelope if you want us to post it back to you.
Repeat prescriptions take 2 working days to be processed.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip.
Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
If you have been advised by the surgery that your medication review is due, please complete our Medication Review form.
