How to Request an Appointment
You can request an appointment in the following ways:
- Visiting our Consulting Room
- Online at: Patient Access, If you are not registered for our online services, you can use our Register for Online Services form
- Calling the surgery on 01744 612553
GP Clinic Times
The practice uses an appointment system and appointments are available at the following times:

Additional Appointment Services
Pharmacy
As well as the Care at the Chemist service, our receptionists are happy to book a minor ailments consultation with a local pharmacist of your choice.
Additional Doctor and Advanced Nurse Practitioner Appointments
We can book an appointment for you at:
- Woodside Health Centre: Saturday 09:00 – 12:00, Sunday 09:00 – 12:00
- Millennium Centre: Monday – Friday (except Tuesday) 17:30 – 21:00, Saturday 08:00 – 15:00, Sunday 08:00 – 12:00
- Rainhill Clinic: Monday – Friday 17:00 – 21:00
- Rainford Health Centre: Tuesday 17:30 – 21:00
Cancellations
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else.
